Privacy policy
Effective November 2, 2026
This policy explains what information Light It Up Knoxville ("we") collects through this website and what we do with it. The short version: we use what you send us to answer you and quote your job, we don't sell it, and we keep it only as long as we need it.
Information you give us
When you send a request through the form on our website, you give us the details the form asks for, such as your name, phone number, email, address and what you'd like lit. We use them to contact you, design your lights and quote the job.
Information collected automatically
Our host keeps standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested) for security and to keep the site running. We use Vercel Web Analytics to count page visits; it doesn't use cookies or track you across other websites. This site has no advertising cookies or tracking pixels. Fonts, images and scripts are served from our own site.
Calls and texts
We may call or text you at the number you give us about your request and your job. Reply STOP to any text from us to opt out. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Who we share it with
Our request form is provided by Jobber, the software we use to manage quotes and jobs, so what you submit goes to our Jobber account and is also covered by Jobber's privacy policy. Our website is hosted by Vercel Inc. and was built by Salt Services LLC. These companies process information only to provide their services to us. We do not sell or rent your information to anyone.
How long we keep it, and how we protect it
We keep requests only as long as we need them to serve you and for normal business records. We use reasonable safeguards, but no website or system can promise perfect security.
Children
This website is meant for adults. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Your choices
You can ask us to see, correct or delete the information you sent us, or to stop texting you, at any time. Call or text (865) 250-9835 or email lightitupknoxville@gmail.com.
Links to other sites
Our site links to Google and Facebook, and the request form loads from Jobber. Their privacy policies apply when you use them.
