Rooflines, peaks & gables
Christmas light installation in Knoxville
We measure your roofline, bring professional-grade lights cut to fit it, and hang them straight with even spacing. You don't buy a strand or climb a ladder.

What's included in a Christmas light install?
Everything from the first sketch to the day the lights come back down:
- Free custom design and quote
- We provide all lights and supplies, professional grade and cut to fit
- Detailed, professional installation
- Free maintenance calls if anything goes out
- Safely removed and stored for next season
One price covers the season. If a section goes dark in a December storm, the fix is on us.
Why custom-cut lights look better than store strands
Store-bought strands come in fixed lengths, so you end up with a bundle of extra wire at the corner or a run that stops two feet short. We cut each run to the measurement of that roofline, so a line starts and stops right at the corner and the bulbs sit at the same spacing the whole way across.
That spacing is what you see from the street. Look closely at the gutter line in this photo: every bulb lines up.

How does the design work?
We start by asking what you're picturing. Some people want classic warm white on every line of the house. One customer told us she wanted bright multicolor C9s and couldn't find anyone else who'd do that look. Others want red and white, or just the front peaks and the porch.
From there we work out which lines get lights (the front roofline, and the sides and back if you want them, plus gable peaks, dormers, the porch roof and the garage) and send you a design with a price. You can change anything before we schedule the install.
Dylan comes out to your house in person to measure and walk through the design with you, so the quote is based on your actual rooflines, not a guess from a photo.
When should I book my install?
Book in the fall if you can. Install dates go fast once people start thinking about Thanksgiving, and the earlier your design is done, the more dates you have to choose from. Last season one customer had her lights up ahead of Thanksgiving because she called early.
We start installing in mid-October. Call in early fall and your lights can be up well before Thanksgiving.
How much does Christmas light installation cost?
It depends on how many feet of roofline get lights, how tall and steep the house is, and whether you add trees or shrubs. That's why the design and quote are free: you see the exact price for your house before you decide anything. A reviewer mentioned Dylan "even worked with our budget," and that's normal here. Tell us what you want to spend and we'll show you what fits.
“Dylan did an excellent job installing our Christmas lights! They look fantastic, and he was fast, professional, and very pleasant to work with.”

What colors can I choose?
Classic warm white, bright multicolor, red and white, and other mixes. We'll show you the options while we work on your design.
