Christmas lights in Farragut
Farragut is a town of established subdivisions, and most of them have HOA rules. We design to yours, so your lights look great and don't earn a letter from the board.

Designing around Farragut HOA rules
Farragut HOAs take holiday lights seriously, and the rules differ from one subdivision to the next. Smithfield's published architectural rules, for example, allow only small clear or white holiday lights, displayed from Thanksgiving through January 15, and no lawn displays. Other neighborhoods allow color.
So we ask for your HOA's rules before we design, and we build the design and the takedown date to fit them. Warm white on the roofline is almost always allowed and looks good on Farragut's brick houses.
Brick ranches and two-story colonials
Village Green, founded in the late 1960s, is mostly all-brick ranches built between 1969 and 1976. Those long single-story rooflines suit one even run of C9s along the eave. Newer neighborhoods like Fox Run and the areas around Concord Hills lean toward two-story homes with front gables, which look best with each peak outlined.
Light the Park and the parade
Farragut flips the switch on Light the Park at Founders Park on Campbell Station Road the week of Thanksgiving, and the lights stay on along Campbell Station Road from dusk to 10 pm through New Year's Eve. The Christmas parade runs down Jamestowne Boulevard to the Village Green shopping center on Kingston Pike in early December. If you want your house lit for either one, book in the fall.
