The job doesn't end when the lights come on. If something goes out we come fix it free, and after the holidays we take everything down and store it until next year.
What happens if my lights go out?
Call or text us and we'll come out and fix it. Maintenance calls are free for the whole season, whether it's one dead bulb or a section a storm knocked loose. East Tennessee winters bring a lot of wind and cold rain, and that's exactly when a free service call matters.
When do the lights come down?
Takedowns usually happen in January, on a day we set with you. As one customer put it, "they will even come back and tear the lights down for you." You don't need to be on a ladder in January.
Where are my lights stored?
We take everything down safely, pack it up and store it for you. Every run of lights is labeled for your house and saved, so next season the same lights go back up in the same places, already cut to fit. Nothing ends up in your garage or attic.
Why daylight matters too
Lights are on the house for six weeks or more, and people see it all day. A clean install keeps the line straight along the gutter and the wire tucked out of sight, so the house looks tidy at noon and bright at night.

Questions people ask us
Is there a charge for service calls?
No. Maintenance calls are free for the whole season on anything we installed.
Will I get the same lights next year?
Yes. Each house's lights are labeled and saved, so the same runs, already cut to fit, go back up next season.
Can I keep the lights up longer?
Takedowns usually happen in January. Tell us when you'd like yours down and we'll schedule around it.
Do you take down lights you didn't install?
Our takedown and storage are part of our own installs. Call us if you have something else in mind and we'll talk it through.
